This Privacy Policy explains how Infoskaters Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you join or use the Associate programme, the Lead2Profit CRM, and related websites and services.

Who we are

The Associate programme is operated by Infoskaters Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the programme, we may collect:

• Account details: name, gender, email address, mobile number, country, city, and password (stored in hashed form).
• Associate profile and programme data: referral code, approval status, upgrade and wallet activity, ranks, and training or task progress.
• Outreach records: emails, WhatsApp messages, and related delivery status that you send through the CRM to prospects, leads, and referrals.
• Prospect and lead information that you add or that we assign to you for authorised outreach.
• Payment information needed to process upgrade fees, wallet recharges, and payouts (processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card details).
• Technical data such as login activity, device or browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your Associate account, including verification, approval, and support.
• Provide the CRM: prospect data, email and WhatsApp outreach, leads, referrals, learning, and wallet.
• Calculate commissions, referral bonuses, and other programme payments.
• Review refund requests against recorded activity, including emails and WhatsApp messages sent through the platform.
• Improve training, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Sharing

We do not sell Associate personal data. We share information only as needed to run the programme, including:

• Payment processors (for example Razorpay) to collect upgrade fees and wallet recharges and to pay withdrawals.
• Email and WhatsApp service providers that deliver messages you choose to send.
• Our team and authorised vendors who help operate support, hosting, and compliance, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

Prospect and lead contacts you outreach are processed so you can perform Associate work. Use that data only for authorised programme activity.

Retention

We keep account, outreach, payment, and commission records for as long as your Associate relationship lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, refunds, disputes, tax, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may update profile details from your Associate panel where that option is available. You may ask us to correct inaccurate account information or to explain what we hold about you. Some records (for example sent messages, commissions, and invoices) must be kept for business and legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure. Please keep your password confidential and use a mailbox you control.
