Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Associate programme operated by Infoskaters Technologies, including the Lead2Profit CRM, prospect data, outreach tools, training, commissions, and related services. By creating an Associate account, upgrading, or using the CRM, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The programme is operated by Infoskaters Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

The Associate programme

These terms apply to Sales Associates and other Associates who register for the work-from-home Associate programme. Unless we offer you a separate written employment or internship contract, you join as an independent Associate, not as an employee of Infoskaters Technologies.

• You must provide accurate details and keep your email and mobile number up to date.
• You may only have one Associate account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Access to the full CRM, prospect data, and earning features may require account approval and, for Sales Associates, payment of the upgrade fee.
• You must follow the training, video tutorials, and written instructions we provide. Results depend on consistent use of the system; we do not guarantee a specific income.
• Prospect and lead data assigned to you is for authorised programme outreach only. Do not sell, scrape, or use it for unrelated businesses.
• You are responsible for the content of emails and WhatsApp messages you send. Do not send spam, misleading claims, or unlawful content.
• We may suspend or close an account for abuse, inactivity, unpaid wallet obligations where required to send paid messages, or breach of these terms.

Upgrade fee

Sales Associates pay an upgrade fee of ₹9,999 (plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout) to unlock the CRM and related features. Paying the upgrade is not a purchase of employment, a franchise, or a guaranteed return. Wallet recharges used for Email API or WhatsApp API sending are separate usage charges.

Using the CRM

The Lead2Profit CRM lets Associates request prospect data, send emails and WhatsApp messages, submit leads, track referrals, complete learning, and manage a wallet. Daily sending limits, data-request rules, and wallet balances may apply. WhatsApp API and Email API sends may deduct from your wallet at the rates shown in the panel.

Referral commissions (for example when a person you referred is approved or completes an upgrade) are credited according to the programme rules in force at the time of the event. We may adjust those amounts for future referrals with notice in the panel or these terms.

Earnings, commissions, and withdrawals

Lead commissions, referral bonuses, and other credits appear in your Associate wallet after we confirm the relevant event (for example an approved sale or a qualifying referral). Withdrawals are subject to the minimum amount and payout details in the wallet section. Credits for API usage, chargebacks, or corrections may be reversed if a transaction is invalid.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Sales Associate upgrade fee of ₹9,999. It does not automatically cover wallet recharges, Email API or WhatsApp API message costs, or other usage fees, which are charged for services already delivered.

If you consistently follow the complete system and all the given instructions and still do not get results, you may be eligible for a refund of the upgrade fee.

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

• You followed the complete Associate system and all instructions we issued (including training, video tutorials, and outreach process).
• You still did not obtain results from that system as reasonably understood in the programme (typically a genuine paid client or other outcome we describe in training).
• You have sent at least 10,000 emails and at least 10,000 WhatsApp messages through your Associate account. We will verify this from platform records (emails and WhatsApp sent via the CRM / APIs we provide).
• Your account is in good standing: you used assigned or authorised prospect data as instructed, and you did not breach these terms.

To request a refund, email hello@infoskaters.com from your registered Associate email address with your full name, registered mobile number, and a short note that you are requesting a refund under this policy. We will review your outreach logs and programme activity. Approved refunds of the upgrade fee are paid by bank transfer or the original payment method where practical, after verification. Incomplete requests, accounts that have not reached the 10,000 email and 10,000 WhatsApp thresholds, or activity that does not follow the system are not eligible.

We aim to complete a review within 15 business days of receiving a complete request. The Company decides eligibility in good faith based on recorded activity. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer law.

Liability

The CRM and prospect data are provided for Associate work on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for lost income, device issues, third-party email or WhatsApp outages, or results that depend on how you follow the system. Our total liability for a claim relating to the upgrade fee is limited to the upgrade amount you paid, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Associate programme after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where the law requires extra notice.
